Background

I currently live in San Francisco, but grew up living and traveling extensively overseas and on the east coast. I am influenced by the sights around me, the cultures I was exposed to in my youth, and the travel I do now. I am particularly inspired by folk cultures, city streets, and the endless beauty in nature. 

After 10 years in Advertising, I switched gears to focus on my passion for textile design. I graduated from the Institute for Textile Print Design in Berkeley, CA (formerly CA School of Professional Fabric Design) after completing a two-year intensive curriculum followed by an additional  two-year apprenticeship program. During this time I honed many painting skills in various mediums and gained proficiency in both Photoshop and Illustrator.
