APRIL INSTAGRAM FAVE - CHLOE HILL

If you want some quirky and colorful style in your feed. Check out Chloe Hill my latest favorite fashionista to watch.

Instagram Fave - @thegreaterbombay

Rachel Lopez, a journalist in Mumbai, has taken time to record her many rides in taxis with their colorful and kitschy ceilings. Under the Insta handle of @thegreaterbombay, you can savor all the delectable patterns that she captures. The wonderful contrast of her scarves and red-framed glasses with the ceilings just adds that extra vibrancy of mixed patterns that I love. Take the colorful ride with her and enjoy the sights.

May Instagram Fave - Lily & Hopie Stockman

Made my May Instagram pick just under the wire this month! I just love Block Shop scarves and one of the sisters behind the company is Lily Stockman. I thoroughly enjoy her images of her colorful studio, paintings, her dog, and her travels. Take a look at her site and feed and enjoy!

And if you want a double dose of awesome images, her sister Hopie's feed is equally wonderful. If you love textiles, color and travel both feeds are worth a follow.

September Instagram Fave: Nitch

I often talk about visual inspiration, but every so often I'll see a quote or some words that resonate with me and have major impact. One of my favorite places that combines both of these things is NITCH. This is a wonderful Instagram account (and website nitch.com) with amazing portraits of people you know, and some you may not—accompanied by their inspirational quotes. I could read this for hours!

Take a gander and allow yourself some time to reflect.

June Instagram Fave - ihavethisthingwithfloors

It's no surprise that I adore this feed. If you haven't seen it by now, just take a peek and I'm sure that you will love it too! @ihavethisthingwithfloors is the most mesmerizing array of floors, tiles, carpets and ground surfaces and it's really hard to pull myself away once I start looking. Here are just a few of the 300,000+ followers already in love. Use hashtag #ihavethisthingwithfloors and add to the fun.

February Instagram Fave: Mark Otto

Wow this month is just flying by! I almost forgot to share my latest Instagram favorite with you all. As usual, I'm drawn to all things bright and colorful and Mark Otto's feed is just that.

He's a 17-year old student who showcases high school life in Dayton, Ohio with snaps of himself and friends, as well as school supplies and such against minimalist and colorful backdrops. As he said in an earlier interview with Instagram "I believe that our generation is using the Internet to make connections and showcase our art...Young adults today totally own the Internet."

Ain't that the truth!
